Day 1
Ahmedabad
Arrival in Ahmedabad
Arrive at Ahmedabad Airport or Ahmedabad Railway Station.
Transfer and Check into hotel, freshen up.
Start your day by visiting the famous Sabarmati Ashram, the former residence of Mahatma Gandhi. Nestled on the banks of the Sabarmati River, it witnessed the birth of transformative movements, such as the Salt Satyagraha, and served as Gandhi’s residence for over a decade. Today, the ashram stands as a museum, preserving the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi and providing insight into his life, philosophy, and the pursuit of a just society.
Thereafter proceed to explore the Adalaj Stepwell, also known as Adalaj Ni Vav, a magnificent five-story stepwell. This architectural marvel was built in the 15th century by Queen Rudabai in memory of her late husband, Rana Veer Singh. It showcases stunning craftsmanship and intricate carvings that depict a blend of Islamic and Hindu architectural styles, featuring beautifully carved pillars, arches, and ornamental motifs, all intricately designed to capture the eye. Adalaj Stepwell stands as a testament to the rich cultural heritage and engineering prowess of ancient India.
Later proceed to Akshardham Temple – Gandhinagar, a magnificent architectural masterpiece that showcases the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of India. The temple complex, built in traditional Indian style, captivates visitors with its intricate carvings, vibrant colors, and serene atmosphere. The main shrine is dedicated to Lord Swaminarayan, and it houses a breathtaking idol adorned with exquisite jewelry. Surrounding the main temple are lush gardens, beautifully sculpted statues, and engaging exhibitions that highlight India’s ancient wisdom and values.
Have a relaxing time in the evening at the Kankaria Lake, spread over an area of about 34 acres; it is a popular recreational spot and a major tourist attraction. At the center of the lake, there is a small island housing the Nagina Wadi, an entertainment complex with an array of attractions like a zoo, toy train, and a colorful balloon ride. The lake’s serene environment offers boating facilities, allowing visitors to enjoy a peaceful ride on the calm waters.
Return to the hotel and treat yourself to a sumptuous dinner.
Day 2
Ahmedabad — Rann of Kutch
Checkout from the hotel and set out to drive towards Dhordo – Rann of Kutch.
Reach the resort by lunch and relax.
Proceed to explore the White Desert or Rann of Kutch as it is popularly known as, stretching as far as the eye can see. The gleaming white landscape, especially during the sunset and full moon, creates a mesmerizing visual experience. You can take a walk on the salt flats, capturing stunning photographs and enjoying the unique scenery.
Enjoy the various activities and rides such as ATV Rides, Hot Air Balloon, Paramotoring, Camel Cart Rides, if you are looking for some adventure. Later immerse yourself in the captivating Cultural Program (organized by the Gujarat Tourism, free of cost of everyone – subject to availability), you can witness traditional dance forms, music performances, folk dances, and other cultural activities performed by local artists at the White Desert itself.
he Rann Utsav offers an excellent opportunity to explore and purchase traditional Kutchi Handicrafts. From exquisite textiles and intricate embroidery to beautiful artifacts and accessories, you can find a wide range of unique souvenirs to take back home.

Day 3
Road to Heaven/Dholavira, Kalo Dungar
In the morning, have a hearty breakfast and ready yourself to embark on a day-long trip through the most scenic route.
Proceed towards Dholavira through The overwhelmingly popular Road to Heaven, which passes through the vast expanse of endless horizons of White Salt on both the sides.
Enroute, watch the Flamingos in their natural habitat at the Flamingo City if you are lucky.
You may return from here if you are not very keen into Archaeology & Ruins or else carry on further and reach Dholavira to visit, The Indus Valley Civilization Site, flourishing approximately 4,500 years ago, is renowned as one of the largest and best-preserved sites of this remarkable ancient civilization. Archaeological Museum which showcases various artifacts, pottery, tools, and other objects discovered during excavations. Fossil Park which exhibits fossilized tree trunks, animal bones, and marine shells, giving visitors a glimpse into the prehistoric environment of the region.
Have a traditional Lunch in village themed eatery.
Visit Kalo Dungar, also known as the Black Hill, for a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding White Desert landscape from the highest point of Kutch. The hill is not only a scenic spot but it is also home to Lord Dattatreya Temple, an incarnation of Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Shiva in one. Devotees flock to this temple to seek blessings and witness Jackals appearing out of nowhere to take the Long Prasad after the Bhog and later vanish into the jungle. (Drivable up to the top, view-point and temple is at walking distance from the parking).
Back to the resort for a peaceful and rejuvenating overnight stay.
Day 4
Mandvi
Checkout from the resort post breakfast and prepare for a full day excursion to Mandvi – The Coastal Town famous for its Majestic Palace and the Pristine Beaches.
Start the sightseeing with 72 Jinalaya Jain Temple. This magnificent complex is renowned for its architectural splendor and spiritual significance among the Jain community, attracts devotees and tourists alike. There onwards, visit the Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial Museum dedicated to the visionary freedom fighter and nationalist, who played a pivotal role in India’s struggle for independence.
Later visit the Vijay Vilas Palace. This architectural masterpiece is an exquisite blend of Rajput and European styles. Stroll through its sprawling gardens, adorned with lush greenery and colorful flowers, and marvel at the intricate detailing of the palace’s interiors.
From there, directly proceed to the Windfarm Beach. Engage in a range of beach activities and water sports to add an extra dose of excitement to your day. Conclude your day in Mandvi by basking in the glorious hues of a mesmerizing sunset at the Beach.
Return to Bhuj and Check-in at the hotel. Have Dinner and relax in preparation for the next day.
Day 5
Narayan Sarovar, Koteshwar, Mata No Madh
Embark on your soul-stirring journey from Bhuj early in the morning after a soul-satisfying breakfast.
Travel towards the enchanting Narayan Sarovar, a sacred lake nestled amidst the tranquil desert landscape. Offer your prayers at the temple and witness the mystical aura that surrounds the serene waters.
Continue your journey to the next enchanting destination, Koteshwar.
Situated on the edge of the Arabian Sea, this ancient temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, and its surroundings exude an air of divinity and tranquility. Offer your prayers in this awe-inspiring place of worship. Admire the intricate architecture, feel the ocean breeze caress your face.
After satiating your appetite continue your expedition to the sacred village of Mata no Madh. Arrive at the revered Desh Devi Maa Ashapura Temple, dedicated to the Ashapura Mata. Experience a sense of profound devotion as you enter this ancient temple complex adorned with intricate carvings and colorful decorations. Offer your prayers and seek the blessings.
As the sun descends on the horizon, commence your return journey to Bhuj, cherishing the memories of a day well-spent in the embrace of spirituality and divinity.
Day 6
Bhuj Local Sightseeing — Jamnagar Overnight Stay

Begin your day with a visit to the stunning Aina Mahal, a palace of mirrors. Marvel at the intricate glasswork, exquisite mirror ceilings, and beautiful frescoes that adorn this architectural gem.
Next, head to the nearby Prag Mahal, an imposing red sandstone palace. Explore its ornate interiors, grand Durbar Hall, and climb the bell tower (if allowed by the authority) for panoramic views of the city. The fusion of Italian Gothic and Indian architecture will leave you awe-inspired.
Take a short walk to the nearby Kutch Museum, one of the oldest museums in Gujarat. Immerse yourself in the rich heritage of the region as you browse through an extensive collection of artifacts, textiles, tribal crafts, and ancient relics.
Relax and indulge in a delicious lunch of your choice at a local restaurant, savoring the flavors of the authentic cuisine.
Post-lunch, visit the Swaminarayan Temple, an architectural marvel dedicated to Lord Swaminarayan. Admire the temple’s exquisite carvings, tranquil ambiance, and the spiritual energy that permeates the air.
Later drive straight to Jamnagar for overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7
Jamnagar Local Sightseeing — Dwarka
Checkout from the hotel after breakfast.
Start your day by visiting Lakhota Lake, a serene lake located in the heart of the city.
Thereafter visit the Lakhota Museum and Palace, Adjacent to Lakhota Lake. Explore the museum to learn about the rich history and culture of the region. The palace showcases artifacts, paintings, and exhibits that provide insights into the royal heritage of Jamnagar.
Start for Dwarka after lunch. Attend the evening Aarti at the Dwarkadhish Temple a revered Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. The temple, constructed on the banks of the Arabian Sea, showcases stunning architectural grandeur with its intricate carvings, majestic spires, and vibrant decorations. The temple’s sanctum sanctorum houses the deity of Dwarkadhish, Lord Krishna, along with his beloved consort Rukmini. The divine atmosphere, religious rituals, and the devotion of the devotees make the Dwarkadhish Temple a captivating and spiritually uplifting destination for countless worshippers from across the world.
Later in the evening, visit the Gomti Ghat a sacred bathing ghat situated on the banks of the Gomti River, where pilgrims gather to perform religious rituals and take holy dips. Sudama Setu, on the other hand, is a beautiful bridge that connects the mainland of Dwarka with the enchanting island of Bet Dwarka. The bridge is named after Sudama, the childhood friend of Lord Krishna, and offers breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
Return to the hotel and call it a day after dinner.
Day 8
Bet Dwarka — Nageshwar Jyotirling — Rukmini Temple — Gopi Talav
Leave for Bet Dwarka after Breakfast.
Enroute Bet Dwarka, visit Nageshwara Jyotirling, one of the 12 Jyotirlings. The temple is adorned with intricate carvings and sculptures, reflecting the architectural brilliance of ancient times.
Take a boatride to Bet Dwarka, picturesque island, of significant historical and religious importance as it is believed to be the ancient kingdom of Lord Krishna. Surrounded by the sparkling waters of the Arabian Sea, Bet Dwarka boasts serene beaches, vibrant marine life, and breathtaking sunsets. It is adorned with temples, including the renowned Krishna Temple, where devotees gather to seek blessings. Visitors can explore the island’s rich heritage by visiting ancient ruins, witnessing traditional rituals, and indulging in local cuisine.
On the way back from Bet Dwarka, visit Rukmini Temple dedicated to Rukmini, the consort of Lord Krishna. The temple complex comprises multiple shrines and halls, with the central shrine housing the deity of Rukmini. Devotees flock to this holy site to seek blessings and offer prayers to Rukmini and Lord Krishna.
Conclude your Dwarka sightseeing tour by visiting Gopi Talav, a serene and historic lake that holds great religious and cultural significance. Surrounded by lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere, Gopi Talav is believed to be the sacred spot where Lord Krishna used to dance with the Gopis (cowherd girls) in ancient times. The lake is adorned with beautifully carved stone steps and temples, adding to its divine aura. Day 9
Porbandar — Somnath — Sasan Gir

Drive to Porbandar, enroute visit Harsiddhi Mata Temple – Miyani, dedicated to the revered deity Harsiddhi Mata, known as the goddess of happiness and prosperity.
Upon reaching Porbandar, visit the Kirti Mandir, a temple dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi and his wife, Kasturba Gandhi. Visitors can explore the museum inside the temple complex, which houses a rich collection of photographs, artifacts, and personal belongings of the Gandhis, providing a glimpse into their lives.
Next visit the Sudama Temple, dedicated to Sudama, the childhood friend and devotee of Lord Krishna. Located in the picturesque coastal town of Porbandar in Gujarat, India, the temple stands as a spiritual landmark and a testament to the enduring bond between Sudama and Lord Krishna. The temple’s architecture showcases traditional Gujarati style, with intricate carvings and vibrant colors adorning its walls. Inside, devotees are greeted by a tranquil atmosphere and a sanctum sanctorum housing the idol of Sudama, adorned with garlands and offerings.
Proceed Prabhas Patan, to visit the Somnath Jyotirling Temple, one of the Twelve Scared Jyotirlings. The temple holds great historical and spiritual significance as it has been destroyed and rebuilt several times over the centuries, symbolizing resilience and devotion. The architecture of the temple showcases a harmonious blend of Chalukya and Rajput styles, with intricate carvings, magnificent domes, and ornate pillars. The temple’s location near the Arabian Sea adds to its breathtaking beauty, creating a serene and divine atmosphere for seekers of spiritual solace.
The final leg of journey for the day shall be concluded by checking into the resort at Sasan Gir with a traditional dinner and Sidi Dhamal, a form of Tribal Dance performed by the local artists from the Sidi Tribe, who immigrated from Africa generations ago.
Day 10
Sasangir — Diu
Depending upon the availability of slot for the Jungle Safari, gear up yourselves for the adventurous and mesmerizing lion safari at the Gir National Park. Known as the last abode of the majestic Asiatic lion, it offers a thrilling experience for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers. The highlight of the safari is undoubtedly the opportunity to witness the awe-inspiring Asiatic lions in their natural habitat. With trained guides accompanying you, the safari ensures both safety and an immersive understanding of the unique ecosystem.
Later start for Diu, a former Portuguese colony known for its beautiful beaches and historical sites.
While entering the island, drive straight to the Nagoa Beach. With its pristine golden sands stretching along the Arabian Sea, Nagoa Beach captivates visitors with its crystal-clear turquoise waters and gentle sea breeze. The beach is adorned with tall palm trees that provide a soothing shade, creating a tropical ambiance. It is an ideal destination for sunbathing, swimming, and beach sports, as well as leisurely walks along the shore. The calm waters make it safe for families and children to enjoy a refreshing dip, while the breathtaking sunset views make for a romantic setting.

Day 11
Diu City — Vadodara
Start your day with Darshan and offering Pooja at the Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple. Nestled amidst the breathtakingly beautiful rocks and cliffs near the Arabian Sea, the temple complex consists of five naturally formed lingas, believed to be Lord Shiva’s creations, which are continuously bathed by the sea waves during high tide.
Thereafter, move towards the St. Paul’s Church. Built during the Portuguese colonial era in the 16th century, the church bears witness to a rich history and displays a harmonious blend of European and Indian architectural styles. The imposing facade of the church is adorned with intricate carvings and elegant bell towers, while the interior boasts an awe-inspiring grandeur with ornate altars, magnificent arches, and stunning artwork.
Take a 5 minutes drive to the Diu Fort, a magnificent historical structure that showcases a fusion of Portuguese and Indian architectural styles. Built in the 16th century, the fort stands as a testament to the region’s rich colonial past. Its imposing walls, adorned with intricate carvings and sturdy bastions, enclose a sprawling complex that houses ancient churches, a lighthouse, a prison, and several well-preserved cannons. The fort’s strategic position along the Arabian Sea offers breathtaking panoramic views.
Set out on your journey to Vadodara.
Day 12
Vadodara City Tour
It is a relaxed day after a hectic week. Enjoy your breakfast and later prepare yourselves for a city tour of the magnificent Vadodara.
Laxmi Vilas Palace is an iconic architectural marvel that stands as a testament to the grandeur and opulence of the bygone era. Built during the late 19th century by Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III, the palace mesmerizes visitors with its Indo-Saracenic style, adorned with intricate carvings, ornate frescoes, and exquisite marble work. The sprawling palace complex encompasses stunning gardens, a museum displaying a remarkable collection of artifacts, and a grand Durbar Hall showcasing an extraordinary blend of Indian and European influences. Laxmi Vilas Palace stands as a regal symbol of Vadodara’s rich history and offers a glimpse into the lavish lifestyle of the Gaekwad dynasty.
Sayaji Baug, spanning over 100 acres, this magnificent botanical garden is adorned with lush green lawns, vibrant flower beds, and majestic trees, creating a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city. The Baug also houses a mesmerizing zoo with a diverse collection of animals and birds. The park is further enriched with a myriad of attractions, including an aquarium, a planetarium, a museum, and a mini-train ride, offering a delightful experience for people of all ages.
Evening shall be at leisure.
Day 13
Vadodara — Statue of Unity — Ahemedabad Drop
After breakfast, checkout and leave Vadodara for Statue of Unity, Kevadia.
Since no private vehicles are allowed in the Statue of Unity area, our vehicle shall drop you at the Shrestha Bharat Bhavan parking area. From there, you can take the Govt. Operated A.C. Hop-on Hop-off Buses or EVs to visit the various attraction points. The entry tickets are to be purchased directly on a-la-carte basis. The ticket for the statue can be pre-booked online for less hassle.
Start off by visiting the Statue of Unity, the world’s tallest statue dedicated to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Take some time to admire the statue and explore the surrounding area.
Later cover the places listed if time permits.
Valley of Flowers: Located near the statue, the Valley of Flowers is a beautiful garden spread over 17 acres. Enjoy a leisurely stroll amidst colorful flowers and manicured lawns.
Sardar Sarovar Dam: Head to the Sardar Sarovar Dam, one of the largest dams in the world, located on the Narmada River. Witness the impressive architecture and learn about the dam’s significance for irrigation and power generation.
Cactus Garden: Explore the Cactus Garden located in the vicinity. This garden showcases a variety of cacti and succulents, offering a unique and intriguing experience for plant enthusiasts.
Ekta Mall: Visit Ekta Mall, a shopping complex located near the statue. Browse through a range of handicrafts, souvenirs, and local products to take back as mementos.
Light and Sound Show: In the evening, attend the mesmerizing Light and Sound Show held near the statue. The show narrates the life and achievements of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel through an audio-visual extravaganza.
Later in the evening, you’ll be dropped at Ahmedabad / Vadodara Railway Station / Bus Port / Airport for your onward journey taking along happy memories of Garvi Gujarat!
